JOB DETAILS:

Full Time Recruiter Now needed in Rock Hill, South Carolina

Under the direction of the Owner, the  f/t recruiter will be responsible for administering recruiting policies and procedures to attract, screen and hire qualified candidates for the assigned Program.

This position will be responsible for assisting in recommending HR programs and processes to improve efficiency and productivity; 

 

Job Requirement:

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in human resources management, business administration, business management, industrial relations, organizational behavior, or similar disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources or Recruiting

 

 

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

  • Has managed multiple recruiting efforts for multiple projects and tasks.
  • Has experience in international recruiting and placing professionals in remote areas.
  • Has recruited for international personnel from outside US and from foreign countries.
  • Takes a strategic approach with management in staffing and meeting deadlines.  Candidate should be able to successfully multi-task and respond to deadline-driven goals.
  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills with direct reports, peers and management.
  • Works well with others and is able to disseminate information in a team environment.
  • Experience with full life-cycle recruiting a must
  • Prior international travel experience is helpful but not needed
  • Work with hiring managers
  • Create
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.

Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
- Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
- Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
