Job Responsibilities:

• Work effectively and productively to diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles.
• Cooperate with work assignments.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Perform North Carolina emissions inspections.
• Assist other technicians in training.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Maintain and improve technical knowledge.
• Keep a clean and organized repair shop for our customers and fellow employees.
• Deliver superior customer service at all times that is consistent with AAA Carolinas commitment to provide members and customers with value, safety and total peace of mind in all   things Automotive, Travel and Insurance.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of automotive and/or truck systems and technical resources
• Knowledge of equipment/tool operation and diagnostic/repair procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Prioritize and deliver work on time
• Some ASE certifications, or ability to pass exam
• Car Care applicants must pass drug screen, criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Report
