Field Service Representative

AAA Carolinas is searching for a Field Service Rep to serve as a liaison for Emergency Road Service (ERS) contracted facilities in regards to their training needs as well as their awareness and usage of AAA Contractor related programs and benefits. 

Qualified candidates must possess the ability to effectively communicate operational deficiencies and help resolve them.  Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities will include:

•         Communicate programs and opportunities to Contractor network strengthening the roadservice value to AAA members

•         Ensure that contractor network abides by AAA standards

•         Monitor member requirements and do everything possible to ensure that they have peace of mind

•         Work closely with fellow team members to identify areas of opportunity and efficiencies

•         Work with contractors to help run their operations more efficiently, foster relationships between contractors' network and AAA

•         Monitor areas of responsibility and identify areas of opportunity
